Horizontal Light Guides

As well as single versions, multiple horizontal light guides are available in variations of one, two, three and four-rows high and up to 10 columns wide to provide up to 40-way displays. In addition to classic round designs with Ø3mm elements or rectangular bar graph indicators with 2x5mm elements, various miniaturised designs are also available. Vertical Light Guides

MENTOR offers a wide assortment of vertical light guides. Front Panel Light Guides

Front panel light guides are the optimum solution when a design calls for a light guide that is not physically attached to the PCB. They push-fit into a hole in the front panel and their light-inject face floats in close proximity to the SMD LED without actually making contact. Variations include both 0° and 45° light injection faces to allow vertical and horizontal mounting. IP68-rated variants of almost the entire range are also offered. Flexible Light Guides

Flexible light guide systems from MENTOR offer an elegant and cost-efficient solution for many opto-electronic design challenges. The most popular versions are designed for use with SMD TOP LEDS. These light guides push-fit into a Polycarbonate housing that is mounted on the PCB with two press-in lugs. As standard, a transparent lens is supplied for use at the visible end.
